Refund Policy

Peptoid subscriptions are billed monthly. We want you to be confident in your purchase, so the policy below covers cancellations and refunds in plain language.

1. Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access to the plan until that date and aren't charged again.

2. 7-day refund window for unused months

If you cancel within 7 days of a recurring monthly charge and have used 50 or fewer conversations in that billing month, contact us at support@peptide.botand we'll refund that month's charge in full. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

3. No refunds after 30 days

Charges older than 30 days are not eligible for refund. The conversations have been delivered, model usage has been billed by our underlying providers, and we cannot reverse that cost.

4. Free trial

The Starter plan includes a 7-day free trial that ends after 7 days or 50 conversations, whichever comes first. A card is required to start the trial; you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel at any time during the trial to avoid the first charge.

5. Annual or custom contracts

Annual or custom Enterprise+ contracts are governed by the refund terms in the signed order form. Contact support@peptide.bot for details.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@peptide.botfrom the address on your account with your domain and the date of the charge you'd like reviewed. We respond within one business day.
